Japan announced a new roadmap to troubleshoot Fukushima I

The Japanese government and the Tokyo Electric Power Company (Tepco) has announced a new route to troubleshoot at Fukushima Daiichi Nuclear Power Plant, the same day to make important policy revision after disasters dual 11 / 3.
